Mudville 9 used to be really great a couple years back but now it is no longer good. Don't order take out - it takes forever and it will arrive soggy and wet. The fries are always wet, there are just like mush. The fire roasted corn is the furthest thing from how this item should actually taste. The burgers are unappetizing and by far the worst I have ever had. It will arrive on a soggy bun and it's just a pile of meat with no taste. The wings are subpar as well. It seems like some hot sauce was just poured on top and you can really taste that they are not cooked properly.

This restaurant is perfect if you are in Tribeca and want a Great Craft Beer selection, amazings wings and a great place to watch sports. I had about 5 different flavors of wings, I still just love good old fashioned buffalo the best, second favorite was the boneless sweet and sour.

It's true that some kindness is lacking in service but this is a BBQ sports bar not a fine cuisine restaurant. They're very busy and time is money and "busy" is part of the ambiance so try to figure out your order as best as possible before keeping the wait staff waiting and they will show more respect. My waitress was impatient but not rude and we were asked 3 times after our order was taken whether all was well. Food and beer and sports is great and I'll be back.

I have been here a few times and the last 2 times the waitress and bar tenders where very rude and gave off the impression that we were not wanted there. Last night staff was so rude we left; paid for the beers we didn’t drink and left without getting our food. I hope the owners read some of the postings I have came across they are losing customers due to service.

When I eat BBQ I want it to be succulent.. it is a treat and should not taste as if it has been drying out all day.

A co-worker took me to this place as a belated birthday lunch and I was pretty excited to go. But that all changed once we had to seat our selves and had to repeat our requests and orders. The waitress avoided eye contact; would not follow-up; and had to repeatedly go back and retrieve items we already requested. The waitress even gave my order to someone else and rushed off without checking with me or the person to make sure she provided the right order.

Mudville 9 has the best ribs and slaw in town!! We get it for take-out and it's quick and the order is always correct. The ribs fall off the bone and the slaw, is the best i've ever had, ever! I highly recommend this place!!
