I'm a regular here and it's awesome. It's the kind of place that Williamsburg used to have more of before it started getting so over-gentrified. They're super DIY and it feels that way when you walk in (in a good way). By night it's a music venue/bar, and usually the bands they book are pretty good local underground bands from a wide range of genres, though probably leaning more towards the folk and indie directions. (They also sometimes do other stuff like comedy shows and poetry readings.) By day it's a coffee shop with good coffee, pretty badass sandwiches (premade), and laundry machines in the back. And it's one of the only places in NYC where you can get a muffuletta. (And the owner is from New Orleans so they're legit.) Everyone who works there is super cool, they have cheap beer, overall I friggin love the place. Highly recommended.
