I just moved into the neighborhood and met some friends at this cool corner spot. I had no idea they had karaoke on the weekend and trivia on Thursdays. My friends and I came for the happy hour which turns out is half price drinks and half price appetizers from 5-7 m thru Friday and we caught the happy hour Friday right after work. The service was awesome and the bartenders were attentive and really funny. At the end of happy hour I asked for the check I was shocked how little we spent and how much fun we had . We are definitely coming back next Friday, love mr Biggs For sure.......

I ordered a BBQ burger from them last week and I changed the order a bit and it was not a problem. Today I picked up a BBQ burger with some exceptions to go and when I got home it wasn't like I ordered. I called up and asked them to bring me what I ordered and they told me in a sarcastic tone that that's not how they serve it. Then gave me a hard time about sending me a new burger. I work in the food industry too and the customer is always right but I guess that's not the motto the employees go by at Mr.Biggs

Ordered for delivery a medium burger. When it arrive3d it was just warm tartare. Took it back-they refused to admit it was wrong. Will never eat there again. Ugh! Would not even give 0.5 rating if it weren't required. More like -o.0oo

Went here on Tue night 4/26/11 with a buddy to grab burgers and a few beers. nothing going on inside, place was basically empty, and we ended up sitting outside. we split plate of wings, each had a burger, and 7 bud light drafts between the 2 of us. food was decent, service OK, nothing special. final bill? $80!!! this joke of a place charged us $6.25 for EACH bud draft. i asked the waiter if this was a typo - he confirmed it was the correct price. now i know why this place is always empty. How in the world can MR Biggs charge or justify $6.25 for a bud light draft? I will never go back here - way too many good bars on 9th and 10th to ever bring my business to this place ever again.

It seems Mr. Biggs no longer cares. The food & service has really went out the door over the years. Tonight I placed an order. Over an hour later I received a cheeseburger that obviously sat on the counter inside Mr. Biggs for an entire hour before being delivered. It was cold, soggy, wet and disgusting. The onion rings were undercooked and in eatable. Biggs sealed the deal tonight. I'll never order from there ever again. I hope that someone opens up a quality establishment there when they go out of business.

Placed an order for delivery a Mr. Biggs burger medium no cheese. What I got was very rare. I call the restaurant and the voice on the other ends basically laughs at me and says the cook doesn't know how to cook a burger medium. Really?

Mr. Bigg's offered a groupon special and my boyfriend, who often regrets not purchasing enough "deals" from Groupon decided to buy three for this place. Yes. Three times I was his lucky date to Mr. Bigg's. The food was good and in spite of being a bar, I was happy for a few healthy options. The tuna salad is really good, especially considering the venue. The spinach dip and casesar salad were also good. The free margarita- which was mentioned in the special as a free offer was something we had to fight for. It was disappointing, and clearly not worth the fight on my end. But my boyfriend wanted all components of the GRoupon to be honored that he had signed up for. So he drank it. The service is subpar. It is the most disappointing service I have experienced in ELEVEN years of living in NYC. On our third and thankfully last night eating there in three months, we had four different waiters. Not one attended to our order in a timely manner. We actually would walk over to the staff to ask for items or our check as they hung out at the bar or after blatantly walking by five times. We waited forty-five minutes after asking three servers (one stated, "oh we just kinda mix it up and rotate our tables") for our check. It never came and what's more, when it did, not a single person knew how to process our Groupon. So we stood in the doorway, waiting for ten minutes for someone to bring us the remainder of the bill. Normally I understand an 18 percent gratuity, but the service was so dreadful that they should have reimbursed us for the time it took to get the check. Other customers were complaining, one received an order of wings that were ice cold.
