Moonstruck on Third

Stumbled on this diner after a night at the movies. Charcoal burger was amazing! Service was great. Place was clean and recently opened or remodeled. Various selections on menu and you can get almost anything. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I paid $15.00 for a lame omelette with mushy fries and a diet soda. The food was disappointing, cold and tasted like cardboard. They probably used one very thin slice of cheese in the omelette... I had the Spanish omelette, which is supposed to come with chili and I didn't see even one piece of ground beef, and counted maybe 5 beans. Really lame. Not worth the price at all. But the decor is great and the service was good too. Oh well.

This place has the best nachos ever. I seriously can't believe how delicious they were!

Ordered and like the title says it was subpar. the pastrami was dry and bland and the roll it came on stale. We also ordered a greek salad and there was hardly any lettuce! only alot of feta cheese and 4 olives. Do yourself a favor and shop around for another diner there are numerous in pretty much any neighborhood.

I work as a firefighter for NYC and happened to be in the city with my wife and two sons while off duty and stopped in Moonstruck diner on 3rd and sat in a booth and had great service from begining to end. If I only knew the portion sizes before hand I may have not ordered so much, but I'm glad I did because it was more then enough for tomorrows left overs. I strongly recommend this diner and if you have a big appetite try (The Future). The price was very resonable as well.

Awesome roast beef club, like 6 inches in height, crispy fries, and finally some great diner come slaw.

Listen, it's a diner so manage your expectations, but Moonstruck is my standby diner in Murray Hill. The burgers are the best in the neighborhood and the pancakes are delish. Great spot for late night too.
