Tourist review
I am not only a tourist, but also British. My hotel was just across the road so coming here was natural. It was a pleasant choice to have made. The food was good and there was lots of it, at least by my standards! The staff members were always pleasant and coffee was always being offered! It did not find it expensive at all and came here numerous times over the five days I spent in NYC. The rest room was fine too. I'd recommend it as a good place to eat something and have a rest when you are on the go all day in midtown.

Good for weekend brunch!
I had my brunch there last saturday: cofee+Omelette. the service is good and the price reasonable for midtown $22 per person including tip.

The best pasta in town!

service is unpleasant
It's a shame the way the staff treats you when you go to this restaurant and even worse is the man who take the phone orders. They all have the worst manners I have ever experienced from any restaurant in New york. I would skip going here or calling for take out if you can.

Poor service
Food is good although pricey...staff is not good. When you place an order they put you on hold for a long time... not very courteous and helpful on the phone... just poor phone manners.

Bad coffee, mediocre food, not worth it.
Cute place, but the food tasted worse than what we usually get in most run-of-the-mill diners. The coffee was BAD, and we aren't picky about our coffee. I had a bagel with lox and the portions were generous but the bagel looked and tasted like it had been bought in the freezer section at the grocery store. My husband and friends had french toast with sausage and said "eh", we suggest finding a good diner instead.

Great food with an attitude
Great food,delivered fast. It gets crazy during the week around lunch time so arrive early. The only probably I have are the hostesses and some wait staff...they have an attitude - especially when it comes to seating. You may not get served if you sit in the back and if you ask for a particular space that may seat 3 if you are a party of two, you'll get dirty looks...But I keep returning because I get great food for a good price.
