I have to agree with the other posters -- phone orders here have gone seriously downhill. They used to be just fine. Now, good luck getting what you asked for, no matter how many times you repeat the order.

unless you want to say your order 15 times, cross your fingers and hope for the best, the takout here is very spotty. not sure why they'd hire people who don't speak english to do the phone orders, but it's very frustrating.

I've been ordering from Moonstruck for the past NINE (9) years and have ALWAYS had a great experience. This is not "Le Cirque", but the food is great, fresh and well priced. They serve THE BEST challah that I have ever had. It is SOOOOO GOOD. The diner is clean, unlike many others. Also, they have never messed up an order or my many of my special requests - and I mean MANY.

order via seamlessweb bypasses the phone issue. speedy and convenient. food is fresh and tasty. definitely better than average diner food.

I've lived in the neighborhood for 5 years, ordering from Moonstruck at least twice a week and they've NEVER messed up an order.

I order at least once every other day over the phone. Guys there all speak english just fine. They have never messed up an order. If the delivery guy doesn't have change, they always send him back. Food is some of the freshest in the neighborhood. Great place.

i agree with the earlier poster. the phone delivery here is really spotty. no matter how careful you are in ordering, you won't get what you asked for about half the time. i'm not sure if it's a language barrier thing or if they're just way sloppy, but it's very frustrating.
