This place does NOT have good food - the Antipasti salami was light brown around the edges and I can't explain the rest of the meats - processed would be the best word. Truffle Burger - never saw a truffle never mind the pig! The fish dish my husband had was not great either, staff were unpleasant

Excellent service, the food was delicious and the atmosphere was tranquil and delightful. You really can't ask for much more.

Went out with NYC newbies. Loved it. Had the NYC neighborhood charm, great food- definitely the Coq Au Vin Chicken a must have- and great wine list. Wasn't too packed and could have a conversation without yelling. I would go back.

I went here for Sunday brunch and found it perfectly nice. Great prices for the food and atmosphere, although the portions are a little on the smaller side and our waiter was nonexistent after the food was delivered. I got the goat cheese omelet which was fine, but I've had better. My friend got the Coq Au Vin Chicken, which tasted heavenly! The chicken was stewed to just the ride tenderness. All in all, a good, safe spot for brunch but don't expect a gastronomical feast.

I went here for the first time and even though I read the reviews, I like to find out first hand. We were seated and the waiter took our drink order. He brought back the wine, and disappeared for 20 minutes. Appetizer was quick.Entree I really think took 45 to an hour. When it arrived though, it was delicious. Grille filet mignon, asparagus, and potatoe gratin...excellent! I will go back here, but I will be prepared and eat a little something before I go.

Came here on the spur of the moment with no expectations or reservations. Terrific food and management and reliable service. We now make a point of dining here whenever we are in town. The steak frites is outstanding as is the creme brulee. Brunch is equally enjoyable.

Went for lunch on Friday November 18th, 2005. Food was OK. Onion soup was a little bland, needed salt. Steak frites was good as were the desserts. Nice Paris Bistro atmosphere. Good spacing between tables. Service was ok, but not exceptional. Did not have the long wait described in previous review. Not wowed by the place, but I might return.
