very good lunch
What a Miracle happened that they faxed over a menu. A business that has a reasonable menu for lunch and they were fast in delivering. The food was good and plentiful and the best was that they came all the way to Red Hook . Thank you.

Amazing
We've been buying bagels here for years now, and have always been happy with the quality, but today beats all. Ordered a doz bagels, schmear & cheese this morning and the bagels arrived soon after hot, soo fresh & delish. Couldn't be more perfect. The guy on the phone was nice & friendly, though I have to say that the staff is almost always unpleasant when we walk in (thus the 4/5 stars). This morning's bagels changed all & I'll never go anywhere else again. Yum!

Service / average bagels
The service is terrible (even after they re-modeled). Staff is unhelpful, unintelligent and rude -- and it's impossible to get in and out of the place in under 10 minutes. Bagels are decent but nothing special. Prices are high but so not so much worse than everywhere else in NYC.

The bagels are great and the food is never bad but the service always leaves well to be desired.
