Disappointing
This was my second time going and I ordered a toasted bagel and Greek salad. The bagel was made before the salad so by the time I got it it was cold. They didn't have feta for my salad, nor was I given dressing or utensils and was still charged the full amount. All in all I was not happy with my meal at all.

Going steadily downhill!
I've been coming to Montague Street Bagels for years, and in the last year or two this places has gone rapidly downhill. Bagels are often smaller, orders are more frequently messed up, less and less cream cheese is put on bagels, the toasting job on bagels has become laughable, and the kitchen is no longer 24 hours. It's very unfortunate, since this place is a neighborhood institution. But pretty soon I'm going to stop coming altogether. I hope the owners actually care enough to try to turn things around, but given the consistency of poor experiences I've had, it doesn't seem like it.

Not a difficult order
I felt like I should support the little guy so I went here for my cinnamon raisin bagel with butter and tea. I told the guy my order (keep in mind I was the only one ordering) he wrote it down and by the time I got to the register repeated "cinnamon raisin bagel w/butter" and it was repeated back by the cashier and the guy who made it seconds ago. Got all the way home and it had cream cheese instead of butter. WTH? Seriously, I'm your only customer and you can't get it correct? Not a huge deal, I'll live, but annoying.

Not recommended
The pooreset service ever. People don't speak english, rude, and with the attitude. We used to order from them almost every single day, always liked there paninis, salads...but last order just ruined our appetite. We waited for our salads for more than an hour. Lettuce were extremely wet, chicken was dry, size of the salads has been changed to a tiny container. It seems the owner wasn't around at the moment. Never ever again will place an order from them!

Took an hour and half to get my delivery..and the order wasn't even right. Poor service!

very good lunch
What a Miracle happened that they faxed over a menu. A business that has a reasonable menu for lunch and they were fast in delivering. The food was good and plentiful and the best was that they came all the way to Red Hook . Thank you.

Stay Away
poor service expensive never get an order straight... all going downhill need I say more?
