Every Wednesday!
I order the same thing every Wednesday as a special treat on cheat night: rice w/ plantains, beans, salad and chops. Quick delivery, delicious food, very ample for 2 people and all for 9 bucks plus tip. I haven't been to restaurant itself, so can't say anything about that.

I can't believe I just tipped that guy...
A. Even though I repeated my address 4 times (which btw is only 3 blocks from the restaurant!!) he STILL got lost. B. Frustrated by his horrible navigating skills, he called me to debate whether I knew my own address. And, finally, C. He made me come down to pick up my food--there's an f'ing elevator dude! Other than that, my shrimp mofongo was mediocre (a bit dry) and the flan was the size of a marshmallow and the consistensy dried out sponge.
