Excellent and creative sushi
First time I have ever been to Momoya and I can't wait to go back. Terrific - and creative - sushi rolls. Wonderful tastes...good service. The black cod sushi melts in your mouth.

A really wonderful place
I've been going to Momoya for about a year now and love it every single time. The food is consistently excellent, the service is fast and friendly, and the place is cool and chic...the perfect spot to stop in for a quick lunch, a nice dinner, or late night date. The prices are average, not too high nor too low. The sake selection is great...try the Oka sake, it's fantastic. The shumai are the best around!

Pleasant discovery
Just discovered this nice little place recently. Have now lunched there twice; both delightful experiences. Fine food, friendly service, attractive decor. Highly recommend.

Authentic Japanese cuisine
One of the best authentic Japanese restaurants in NYC. Interesting, seasonal sushi and sashimi creations, including uni in its shell. don't miss the shumai -- tokyo style.

too much for too little
Food is pretty good. Prices are ridiculous. Can't believe the molten cake is now 8 bucks... Crazy!
