Not as good as original Momofuku
This place kind of reminded me of a Chipotle, though with a very limited selection on the menu. We tried all 3 dishes offered on the menu - floured pancake, rice bowl and steamed buns, all with the tasty Berkshire pork. The food is assembled in front of you when you order in a way that is similar to how they handle orders at Subway. Overall the food is good and reasonably priced, except the steamed buns.
