The Best Noodles in Town!
That title was suggested by menupages but it's true. No idea why this place attracts such an anti-fan club, but it's a great restaurant well worth making a trip for. Aside from the noodles, has a great beer selection, great soft serve ice cream for dessert, amazing raw bar and underrated non-soup options, including fantastic mussels. I am sometimes creeped out by mussels - Kitchen Confidential, etc. - but everything is clean and fresh here, just a surgically efficient operation. Highly recommended.

Great place
I was really impressed with the food! I ate the momofuku ramen and it was easily the best noodle bowl i ever ate. My girlfriend had the vegetarian noodle bowl because that was the only vegetarian option on the entire menu and she thought it was tasty as well. The only reason we gave the food quality a 4.5 and not a 5 is because we thought the food was a bit over salted. Fun place for friends but not a quiet intimate setting for a date.

Every bad Review Is Insane
It's loud and crowded and rushed, but the service is efficient. I've eaten here probably 5 times and I love it every single time. No, the ramen isn't authentic- that's the point! Trust me- get some chips, pickles, pork ramen, pork buns, and split a tasting menu for two. As a food professional, this is my favorite place to eat. (I know this sounds like I work for them, but I would work for them if I could.)

Totally overrated.
There are full of snobby waiters and mediocre food for the price. No wonder there are not many Japanese people dining in the restaurant. I went two times because I thought it was unfair to judge after trying only once. But I would never go back again..

Pretty Good
The food is very good. I am not sure if the noodles are freshly made. I have had better noodles when visiting China. Seems a bit expensive for what you get but the food is pretty good.

This place rocks my socks
What are the other reviewers talking about!? I'm sort of a foodie, and while I HATE pretentiousness, I LOVE great food. I'm addicted to the Momofuku noodle soup - pork and poached egg - what an ingenious combo! And How can you say at $15 that it's overpriced? Further, it's enough for two meals... Having tried Ko as well, I am in awe of David Chang and in love with his restaurants.

Fun Place But Too Much Salt
I like salt as much as the next guy, but I don't want my ramen drowning in it. My wife couldn't finish her dinner, because it was so salty. This place makes other tasty dishes. Service is mediocre.
