The crack pie is the best dessert I have ever had. Was delivered overnight in Florida and tasted like it just came out of the oven. Thank you Anderson Cooper for telling us about it. $50 shipping, yes I'd do it again, and again.

    What's the hype?

So I've gone here a number of times trying to see if there are any decent desserts. However, every time I leave disappointed. The ice cream always tastes bizarre (I wanted to throw out the red velvet cake shake for tasting like medicine). The cereal milk is unfortunately just that and never elevated to anything more. The crack pie is eh-really dense and sweet but nothing amazing. I love David Chang but I wish he'd stop doing dessert.

since they moved across the street to a smaller joint

The crack pie slice shrunk, and they don't serve cake slices anymore. Those were huge, now they're not. But just as, if not more, expensive.

    i'm not a sweets gal

but holy crap, this place has the best cookies ever. i prefer savory so the compost cookie, as well as the cornflake/marshmallow combo are best - slightly salty, very delicious. a lovely way to end a lazy sunday after eating an expensive lunch and shopping.

    Like a vending machine

Nothing freshly baked like when it first opened. Cookies are pre packaged, pie slices are in a box, and no cake by the slice. Pretty much just a soft serve place now but even that's just ok.

    Good desserts

Good desserts, but there is a person that works there at night with a HUGE attitude. They really needs to cheer up. They're serving softserve for godsakes!

    What happened?

Used to be fresh baked goods. Now everything is part of empire that is trucked in from who knows where. For the prices you would think they would stock fresh baked goods.
