Never again
I decided to give this place another shot after a subpar 1st experience, and it's safe to say I'll never go back. Food was below average...again. Service was terrible...again. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Great Food & Service!!
Awesome, fresh and tasty food can be found here. We always order extensively and haven't been disappointed so far. Just skip the guac and drinks. The space is small and they tend to blast the music so it's best to go during off-peak hours :)

Disappointing
This is third try at this restaurant. Atmosphere consistently pleasant though crowded. Service consistently excellent. Food unfortunately disappointed each time. Guacamole was fresh but not near outstanding. Steaks were good cuts of meat but flavor way overshadowed by salt. Chicken, both shredded and grilled was poor, exceedingly rubbery. I have real questions about the quality of ingredients. Disappointed the price of dishes do not reflect quality at all. Unfortunately will not go back.

Tasty authentic Mexican in NYC
Time and time again this place is delicious! We've tried numerous mexican restaurants in NYC and this one is hands down the best. Tasty fish and shrimp tacos. Just tried Tacos de suadero-amazing! We love this place, it truly is gem. Can get crowded. The music is always loud and can be annoying, best to go at off peak hours.

Excellent Find for Brunch!
Decided to head to Katz' Deli for pastrami when we quickly realized it was not worth being pushed and crowded. We spotted Mole nearby, and decided to give it a try. This is a pretty small place; however, it was not overcrowded. The guacamole was made according to your taste, and prepared FRESH table-side! Also, the margaritas were made from fresh squeezed limes, not that fake, stomach turning sour mix. Our entrees were both very good, huevos rancheros and huevos ahogados, and the service was prompt and professional. Not quite sure what went wrong with some of the other reviews of this place... We will definitely be back!

Simply amzing and awesome portion size fish tacos! the place is tiny but worth going there!

Overpriced
Subpar "fresh made" guacamole, Cochinita Pibil, Chuleta Tacos, and 2 beers = $64. That is ridiculous. If a restaurant uses quality ingredients for gourmet versions of street style food and charges prices like this place it should taste amazing. It did not.
