I have been a regular customer of Mojito's for over 3 years now. I have put up with countless times trying to call and no one answering, my call being disconnected, the person on the other line not being able to understand or take my order but tonight was sadly the last straw. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes, called back and the phone was busy. I finally got through to someone and found out they have changed their menu, which sounds like for the worst. Not sure how cuban favorites can be taken off the menu but they did. I wish them luck, but not sure how with poor service and changing the menu they are going to stay open.

My family & I brought my mom here for lunch today to celebrate her birthday. We were waited on by Olga our most gracious & pleasant server. My mom is very finicky & she was very impressed with her grilled chicken meal which she stressed was very well seasoned, tasty, & very tender. She was also pleased with the decor, music, & Olga. To add to it, Olga brought out a piece of sponge cake soaked in rum which she lit on fire accompanied by festive music & the Mojito staff singing happy birthday to my mom's surprise. Thanks Mojito for making my mom's birthday a blast. We can't wait to return!

I have been here several times, at "peak" and "off-peak" times and when reading the reviews I was shocked at what was said about service. I have never experienced bad service here. The food and drinks are delicious. It is definitely a gem in Brooklyn.

We just went to Mojito last night after work. First time there. The atmosphere is great very nice vibe and relaxed. The decor is very nice, too. Food: great! Not a word of complaint, except I wouldn't order the flan again. Our waitress, who was very nice and obviously new, tried her best, but the service was sooooo slow, overall. We had to "flag down" several staff members to ask about our food at first we felt badly, but then noticed that the two tables next to us were doing the same. We sat for about 45 minutes with drinks, but no food appeared. However, although the service was amazingly slow and some of the staff were a bit aloof to the customers' needs, I'd go back. It's a nice place to hang out and chat with friends, especially if you haven't seen them in a long time, as you'll have plenty of time between courses to chat! :) But, seriously, the food is good, vibe is nice, and you can definitely snag a table in the early-ish evening.

My wife and I eat at many restaurants and this is the worst managed we've ever been to. We had experienced slow service in the past there, but after tonight we will never go back. You would think that if you were being waited on by the owner the service would be good, but not here! We ate bread for an hour until our 1 appetizer came, we waited another hour for a steak and salad, and a half hour for the check. Another waiter even noticed and we explained. He told us to make the waitress aware because she was the owner. When we did, she took the main dish back and deducted it from our bill because we were so full on bread and water after 2 hours. BUT she didn't say a word or offer an apology. I won't lie and say the food isn't good, but after a wait so long, it should have been great. For all Chef Ramsey viewers: this is Hell's Kitchen!

Food was really yummy, very chic twist on Spanish cuisine, but not too pretentious. Service was real slow, too slow for the four tables that were there, so I couldn't imagine how slow it may get on a busy weekend but with a couple of mojitos it won't matter! If you like mojitos...this IS the place for you!

Went to Mojito's last Friday night, the food, drinks, and atmosphere was kool. Service was a little slow, but the Chulleta made up for it. They gave me two of the biggest pork chops I've ever seen and it was great. They took a long time with the drinks, but it was worth it. They just need to put a sliding door or a divider so you can't see directly into the kitchen. Nice Brooklyn spot to take your ladies fellas, my girl loved it.
