No thanks, never again!
Attempted to first order on Friday, was told they no longer deliver on Fri/Sat. and no pick ups allowed either. What??? makes no sense. Finally got to order and try out the place on Sunday. The girl who answered the phone apparently was on training. It took her over 5 minutes to take down address(which I had to repeat literally 7x), phone# and the order. It then took close to an hour for the food to arrive, whilst the restaurant is only 8 blocks away. Then the delivery man called saying he was downstairs. Buzzing him in and he kept saying he don't hear the buzzer so must be broken. My husband went down to check and no one was there. Delivery man called back in 4 minutes and said he was at the wrong house!!! By this time, we were beyond annoyed! Crossed our fingers and hoped for the food to be at least good enough to worth the annoyance. But sadly the food was already lukewarm and we had to heat it up, and didn't taste what we paid for. If you want good Korean food, make the effort and go to 4th ave or K-Town for some real Korean food with good service! It'll probably take the same amount of time to get done anyways, except with better service, food, and price, and minus the aggrevation!

Great food and great service
I have read many reviews about the poor service, so I wanted to make sure that I posted my recent experience with great service. We had brunch there, and we had the veggie dumplings, chicken sate, and bulgogi sandwich. All three dishes were amazing.. The bulgogi sandwich beats any vietnamese ban mi sandwich I've every had. The veggie dumplings filled with mushrooms and a touch of cheese (i think) were awesome. I also read some other reviews about the price being high, but then again, these are not just any veggie dumplings you get at a chines restaurant. You can taste the freshness, and the fine ingredients. You get what your pay for. And to top it off, everyone was very nice and accommodating.

not very nice
i have eaten at restaurant and the food was quite good. but every time i call to order for delivery - i find them rude and unhelpful. for example, the restaurant takes credit cards, but won't accept credit cards if they deliver, why? also, they don't deliver on weekends. too many rules - they would do better biz if they were a little more accomodating.

Service issues - on multiple occasions
I have been to this restaurant three times. And each time the service got worse and worse. The most recent time was in December. My family and I waited 30 min. just to get water. We asked for some nibbles while we waited for food and received nothing. Our entrees tooks 1.5 hrs to arrive. As I said this is not the first time this has happened. On top of this, the music is horrible, and the temperature of the place is always erratic. When I addressed our service issues with the manager, she offered to take ONE beer off our check (there were 9 of us) and gave us a discount for the next time. I left the discount w/her, as I will never return to this place.

New Favorite
Being a person from Park Slope, this is just what we needed! This restaurant, stands alone, with it's own flare. Between the intriguing design of plates on the wall to the korean jazz singer this is a some where I plan to return soon. The food is very interesting and my favorites are Pan Jun, which is a scallion pancake with calamari on the inside, Kalbi which is ribs that arrive on a hot plate with lettuce to the side. Finally the Bi Bim Bop which arrives in a hot stone bowl and you get to mix everything together yourself. This is making my mouth water and i am becoming so hungry that my stomach is grumbling! The only negative thing is that some times there is a little bit of a wait. But well worth it!

Really decent meal
First time I came a week ago with some friends who recommended this place. I tried their beef short ribs, it's really flavorful, different from the only other Korean place I've been to in the city. It's a hands on lettuce wrap, but its already made so no self barbecuing was necessary. I tried some of the whole fish that my friend had, very fresh and moist. (By the way, they keep the head on). Didn't try this one, but one of my friends had a spicy ribs dish that looked good... next time. All in all the meal was excellent, service was great. We got our beers, food, and the rest was history.
