    Best deal in town

Can't beat the quality and pricing here. Love this place.

    More than Great Sushi!

Soo enjoyable! Reliable, flavorful and they know how to make more than just sushi. The clear soup is great and PLEASE try the Miso Eggplant. It needs a knife but is succulent. I was surprised by their tuna tataki - it is top notch. I've yet to have a bad experience after two years of eating there. While the decor leads me to order in more often than not, the warmer season has great sidewalk seating, and the wait staff is friendly and efficient.

    Unreliable delivery

We have ordered from here several times and while we like the food (although the free stuff they put in there as a "bonus" is creepy) is good, the delivery in unreliable. The last straw was when we called after more than an hour just to check and was told the delivery guy was on his way. Another 20 min went by with no sign. Another call, "5 minutes away." He showed up 45 min after that. Given that the food is just good and not exceptional, we won't be ordering again.

    Fast excellent consistent

Ok I had to take a moment to review. I work/live in the neighborhood and have delivery like 7 times a week. This Miyako is great! The bentos are good sized and they always seem to throw in free rolls and tnite a crab salad - delivery is FAST + the delivery guys are very decent as well with a good attitude. Food is fresh and tasty! Very reasonable prices for lunch - have a bento instead of a big mac for christ's sake!

    Try the amsterdam roll!

Ok- I live 2 blocks from this place and for the life of me I can't understand why sushi places nearby are always super-crowded and Miyako is usually not as packed and talked about. Miyako. Is. Delicious. This is probably my favorite sushi place. The amsterdam roll is Amazing. Spicy scallop is really good too. Ive never gotten something here I didn't like. I use them for all of my sushi needs- dates, friends, order-in nights. No complaints about anything. Yummy yummy yummy. This is my first menupages post. I like them so much I felt compelled.

    very decent

miyako's sushi rolls are better than its nigiri or sashimi partly because the fish is not always the best. having said that i think it is one of the best carryout places in the area. i love how they always add on some present to the order. if you like rolls this is a perfect place, if you like the real thing keep looking.

    Great Little Place

Okay, I'm on a sushi kick. Novice that I am, I was wholly surprised that I was able to notice the superior quality of the sushi at this place. Hands down, this is the best sushi I have ever had. The best miso soup I've ever had. The best service in a sushi venue... I was so happy to find the place uptown! Only downside: it's not really a place you'd bring your out- of- town guests who're excitied about going to "hot little New York spots", as the place is kind of bland on the decor side. Not ugly, exactly, but not anything special. The food more than compensates for this, though.
