I travel from Eastern Queens on a regular basis to enjoy the food at Mitchells- it is unbeatable!! Mitchell's sandwiches are cheaper than a crappy Subway sandwich and 100x the quality- I recommend the Pretty Woman. Best place I've ever eaten!

I've lived near Flatbush and St. Mark's for over a year and had never been to Mitchell's until this weekend. I was shocked to discover that they have a huge, beautifully landscaped back patio. The food was delicious and stylishly plated and astonishingly inexpensive. The waiter was wonderful. I loved it and will be going back regularly.

I've been eating here for a while now and I've had a rather wide variety of experiences. On my first visit last May, the waiter was largely absent, incompetent, slow, and surly even when he made a really huge mistake with my order that caused me to become sick later on (added an ingredient to my omelet I had asked not be present). Needless to say, I didn't go back for a while. In January, I came back with a group of friends for brunch. It was a completely different experience. The food was amazing, the service still kinda slow but this time very kind, and the value of this place became obvious. I've been going back with frequency ever since, even though the service can vary quite a bit depending on the server. I especially recommend the pancakes--they're heavenly. Give this place a try, the amazing food and value more than make up for the service.

I have to give credit where credit is due. This is a great place. I've been more times then I can count and I have never been disappointed. The food is solidly good. The price is unbeatable. The space is unbeatable. The staff is friendly and happy. The inside decor is great, and now there's heated outside seating.

Best brunch deal in the area. For under $10 you get coffee (or tea or juice) a large bowl of yogurt and granola (or a muffin, which looked delicious) and a very well portioned entree. Fresh ingredients and fresh atmosphere. I left stuffed and satisfied. The staff is friendly and attentive. Higly reccommended. I say there's nothing better than a weekend morning spent at mitchell's.

Mitchell's was fantastic! The menu is diverse in prices and options. The service was great and the place has a lot to offer!
