I have been to plenty of Thai restaurants and always wanted to try this place, it was okay. The food was good, however the serving was not enough. The place was kind of granular. And it was empty. All in all I will not return to this place.

They're open late. They deliver late. The food I've gotten has always been fresh and clean. The shrimp and pumpkin curry is right up there with the best of them and at a very reasonable price too. I adore their fried tofu; it's never impossible to chew or re-fried tasting but fresh and light as a cloud and the chili dipping sauce is good. I adore their vegetarian curry puffs (and I don't even like mashed potatoes) but these are very tasty in my opinion. I like their chicken sate although the peanut sauce is a bit on the savory side, it's not a disappointment. The pumpkin custard desert is in my opinion top notch. It's a real egg custard with fresh pieces of succulent pumpkin and again, always fresh and always clean. They deliver in a very reasonable amount of time too. I didn't even used to like this place but they have changed. I haven't had everything on the menu but what I did have I enjoyed.

I just ordered delivery from this place. The panang curry was excellent: tender chicken, spicy, flavorful, lots of basil. I ordered an extra side of sticky rice, which was a good move. Very happy I tried it, and I hope the other dishes hold up as well.

I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. The service was prompt and efficient. The place was clean and neat, and the food was absolutely incredible. The first bite of chicken pad thai filled my mouth with such flavor. I've been looking for a really good Thai restaurant in New York City, and all the others that I've tried have been good, but Mini Thai Cafe is my favorite. Anytime I have out of town guests, I always make sure to take them there at least once.
