Good Deal but Expect to WAIT
Food is great for lunch and it's a deal, but there are too many times it takes over an hour and a half to get food.

OK if you need a quick fix in the area & dont know any better.
First time here after a bunch of people at the office recommended, they eat here a weekly. Food is OK, passable if you can't go to a further place. I don't expect "great" service at Desi joints but this place is a bit abrupt even for me. Kicker was I got a 2 meat & 1 Veg. combo plate and asked for plain rice instead of Veg which from a business stand point is better for the restaurant but I was refused. Bad management. Oh well, my last time here and I will be letting the rest of the office know of better Desi food that can be delivered to us. It's a shame as it's so close to our office.

Delicious food, incredible price!
Minar is a lunch break savior! Easy on the wallet and huge on flavor, I have never once been disappointed. Minar is a lunch staple for my whole office, and I usually stop by once or twice a week. Their food is divine and shockingly authentic for the price. Portions are big enough for some leftovers, and the ladies who serve there are nice, fast, and generous. For a quick, cheap lunch eat or a fast bite before a show, this Midtown gem is a lifesaver!

excellent!
I loovee Minar!! The food is delicious- almost as good as the Indian food in Queens (where I live and it's super authentic). Extra bonus- it's a nice quick place for those on their lunch break!

Good Eats!
I have been eating at Minar, NYC for five years. I used to work in the area . I still travel to the westside for the food for me and my family! If you want great food at agreat price Minar NYC is where it is at!
