    Good option

I had a pasta here and was definitely pleased. the food was good, nice portion and the place is clean (hard to say about most nyc spots). I'll definitely be back.

    Waste of time and money...

I just got an egg sandwich from Milk Cafe. (Almost $8 for egg whites and cheese on a bagel!) The sandwich is mediocre at best - at least they give a lot of egg whites, but the bagel isn't good and they didn't even toast it. A $3.50 egg white sandwich from a deli is much better. The real problem was that even though everyone there seems nice and helpful, they don't really know what they are doing. I literally had to wait over 10 minutes for this sandwich - and I was the ONLY person waiting! I can't imagine how long the wait would be if there was a crowd. The people making the sandwich (it took 2 of them) seemed much more interested in chatting with each other than actually cooking. Then when the sandwich was finally assembled, the woman took another several minutes to wrap it. It was like she was moving in slow motion! They need to realize that people are in a hurry and they can't take so long to do everything. Maybe I will give them another chance once they have been open longer and get it together, but as it is now, I would avoid this place.

    Awesome!

The turkey festival sandwich rocks! The only time I will voluntarily eat turkey is here. And the staff is super friendly and helpful!

    Tour of the 80's

You'd think for the location/space it would be a little more current. Food was ok, but nothing that you can't get upstairs at the new DR or around the corner.. What a waste.
