I am sick and tired of overpaying for Kosher food with poor service. First of all, the cashier mumbles and won't look at me. Second, they charged $2.75 for a black and white cookie! The only way to recoup that loss will be to never go there again. Add another kosher place to the boycott list!

Contrary to other reviews, I find the service to be quite warm and receptive. I went there for lunch, and the gentelman behind the counter was super patient with me, (even while I had to take a call mid-order), and then he went out of his way to give me an extra piece of foil so iIwouldn't burn my hands on the hot plate of food. When I went for breakfast, the woman behind the counter smiled and said, "here you go, sweety" as she gave me my change. That's pretty good service if you ask me. As for the food, if you keep kosher, this is a great place. But since I'm not a 100% kosher, I can say that the bagels/topping portions are pretty small for the price you pay in comparison to other places. But the hot food plates are worth the price.

Phone Call : They make you feel that they are making you a favor taking your call. Price : Overpriced. Delivery : 90 min instead of 30 min. Don't expect them to apologize. You won't make you repeat your order twice, but your credit card number yes !

I swear in the numerous times Ive been to this place never once did the cashier say thank you-even after I said thank you. Rude, and they always seem to get my order just a bit wrong.

Delicious, soft bagels. It's my favorite place in midtown to get a chewy, raisin studded, cinnamon raisin bagel. Love it.
