I've been to milady's twice, once as a kid (when I only ate burgers) and once this past summer - 13 years later. Love this place! Totally right about the Cheers feeling, I'm back in the city after 4 years at college, and I've been missing the bars there - where I knew the bouncers, bartenders, owners, clientele, etc. - and this was just what I've been missing. It's a neighborhood place, and totally chill. The food is bar food - but good bar food. When I went when I was a kid, I got a burger, and I remembered how good that burger was for 13 years (I do not usually remember these things). I went with a friend from school and we spent the whole time joking with the waitress, loving the food, and talking about how much it reminded us of the bars at school we both missed. This place is definitely on my short-list when it comes to eating out.

where everyone knows your name
not literally but does remind me of cheers. the local watering hole for all in the area, I live down the street and it is always packed! great place to go in and grab some decently priced beers and enjoy some wings. a very diverse crowd of people, you could for sure make some new friends here!
