The burger was delicious and their fries were on point; nicely seasoned and crisp. Love their vietnamese coffee shake, though I have to say they make it better at their ludlow location. The wait isn't that long and the staff is pretty chill. Also great music!

I ordered out from here last Saturday night; The person taking the order had to ask me for my phone number 5 times and kept getting it wrong. Also asked for the address several times then told me the order would be delivered in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called to ask where it was and was told it was on the way. 10 minutes later I received a call from the delivery guy who was lost. The burgers were good but luke warm and the fries were soggy and cold. The receipt indicated, as expected, that the order-taker had written down the wrong address. I called the restaurant and told them the order was cold. He said to me "What do you mean by cold?"! He offered to send over 2 orders of fries (no burgers). I declined and said I would stop by the next day for a refund and asked for his name. He said "Just come by". I asked again for his name and he hung up on me.
