We recently moved to Washington Heights and love mikes!! Sure, the atmosphere may be some what lacking it's a freaking bagel shop! come on. Service? I call, they deliver and in a timely fashion. Oh, you're being put on hold for 5 minutes? I guess that's because the bagels are so good all of Washington Heights is currently getting breakfast from Mikes! Seriously, the best bagels. Seriously. From Brooklyn, to Staten Island, to the lower east side to mid town to Washington Heights. The best bagels.

Mike's is great. Their bagels are really good, great egg salad, very fresh nova, fast delivery. What's to complain about?

The service is the poorest you can experience , no matter what time you call call for delivery they always put you on hold on the phone for at least 5 minutes can you believe that ? Poor customer service I call many times for delivery but I have to hang up because they have put me on hold on the phone for about 5 minutes before they can take my order . I have to hang up the phone why you have to wait so much time on the phone before you can order . Anyway don't waste your time the people that work there they just simple don't care about offering at least a basic minimum good service.

These aren't a bad option for bagels in the area of Washington Heights, but the service can be a little shady. The workers tend to wear gloves on only one hand and do not change them after handling money.

The bagel are not that good. They are overprice to expensive for what they offer. Not quality vs $ . the delivery took forever and I just live about 3 minutes across broadway from the store . Conclusion save your time and money it's not worthy a single penny.

Favorite bagel in the city. The plain bagel with cream cheese is a great breakfast.

If you want the bagel you better go early. They close early and pretend not to speak english when you complain that the store shouldn't be closed ten minutes before store hours. I never got to taste the food and there isn't any atmosphere. Too bad I heard they are the best bagels in Nyc.
