Smoked sausage looked uncooked and bland. Brisket was dry. Spare ribs were fatty. Only one BBQ sauce on the table.
Hill Country is way better. First and last visit. Sorry!

I love this place...the concept, the atmosphere, the feel of actually being at a family BBQ, and of course the smokey tender cuts of meat. What more can I say, probably some of the best BBQ in NYC or anywhere.

It's all great here! Really. This is one if the best BBQ joints in Manhattan. Tops here are the Beef Short Rib, Burnt End Beans(so good) and the pork Ribs. Pulled pork is a bit oily, but really you can't go wrong. Love this place.
