I ordered a vegetable tempura roll which I have done so for the past 6 months. I specifically asked that they do not have any traces of fish, fish eggs, roe or tobiko as I am a strict vegetarian. As soon as I start eating, I notice there are fish eggs all over the roll. I called to request a refund for the roll but instead was accosted by the staff as well as the manager who has no sense of professionalism. They continued to argue with me and said the only solution is for them to send a delivery person to pick up the roll, take it back to the restaurant, inspect it and then assess if I should get a refund. I tried to tell them that I am an extremely loyal customer and they have never messed up but this time they did and the manager was not open to listening at all. I will never order from here again and I would suggest the same to you. There are so many better sushi restaurants out there that have amazing quality, consistency and an excellent staff.

This used to be favorite sushi delivery. Now the service is horrific and the food is average at best.

The miso soup is really watery and the tuna roll has brownish tuna. The California roll is fine and the salad was fine, but still, as far as Japanese food goes this place is not so good.

The food here is great, but me and alot of my friends have noticed very poor hospitality displayed by the hostess/waitress. She seems to be very annoyed by everyone and everything. Not friendly at all; it ruins the service.
