    Healthy Chinese

We order from here at least once a week and simply love it. A truly healthy Chinese food option.

    Always Impressed

I've had M&P's several times now and although I do have my staple dishes at any Chinese place, their menu has inspired me to try several different things. All good. I especially recommend the chicken lo mein, has tons of flavor and veggies. The food can take a little more time to prepare than you'd expect sometimes but it's worth it. And it's a neat little place to eat in.

    Great for delivery, high quality

It's rare you find delivery Chinese in this neck of Brooklyn which is at this level of quality. The pork chow fun was delicious and the won ton soup tasted like they made the broth and wontons themselves. The ordering process was without annoyance and the food arrived way before they said it would. I'll definitely order from here again. The prices are $2 or more per dish than the local so-so delivery places, but the extra cost is well worth it.

    Don't bother

Ordered from here for the first time tonight. After waiting almost an hour and a half for our food (after being promised it would take 1/2 hr) and several fruitless calls to the woman taking orders, we finally got our food. (I thought to myself as we waited the hour + that this better be the best Chinese food I have ever eaten...ha!) Really, don't bother ordering from here - I don't actually think the owners want this restaurant to succeed. The sesame chicken was thickly breaded, not white meat, and covered in a gloppy sweet sauce (oh, with some sesame seeds on top). My husband's lo mein had ONE shrimp and was oddly bland. The dumplings were dried out and the scallion pancakes were rolled up and stuffed with egg roll-like filling (did we read the menu wrong? confused...) The packaging was cute. Not ordering from here again.

    hold the sauce

Everything on the menu is too sweet due to this chemically sauce that they drench all their food in(MSG?). However they use good ingredients i.e. the roast pork is actually roast pork and not bright red. So if you find yourself getting food here don't be afraid to ask for no sauce. I did and it was edible. Basically I do not recommend this food. Your better off going up to 4th ave to the typical chinese spot and getting a singapore mei fun.

    Highly recommend!

We've ordered from Michael and Pings several times and are never disappointed. A serious step up from regular Chinese food. The dishes ares not covered in gloppy sauce, the food tastes fresh and well seasoned. We've never eaten in the restaurant so I can attest to the service or atmosphere. But I can say the food is delivered in a timely manner.

    take out

Not worth it. overpriced chicken with broccoli with almost nothing in it, over sauced with this sweet chemical taste, greasy and deemed not edible by me and my fellow eaters. Chicken roll was OK and the dumplings were not as good as your everyday cheap chinese place. Waste of money. The best thing about this food was the packaging. never again.
