what happened
The food here WAS good for delivery in the neighboorhood. Recently the quality has been subpar (I got brown guacamole) and the portions have been shrunk in half.

Great local place
I live in the area and eat there when I am in the mood for Mexican. The food is authentic, good and reasonably priced. Staff is always pleasant and reasonably responsive. Overall, for a casual night of good food at good prices, your not going to beat it, anywhere. Note: I am a discriminating critic.

Excellent food

Tasty but overpriced
I've been coming here since 2000 as I work 1 block away. The food is consistent for the most part but there were a few occassions where the swordfish in the sauteed vegetables might have missed it's expiration date; the spices and vegetables acted as a camouflage. The portions are more than ample and chips keep on coming. My only complaint is the prices - there are times when I would give up quantity of food for a lower price, especially at lunch! I can't seem to have a lunch here without paying 12+ dollars unless I sit at the bar (only suggested if you're going alone).

Poor Quality and Annoying Clientele
Don't believe the reviews on this restaurant. Does not tally with my own experience. The food is overpriced and poor quality. Not sure about the freshness of the produce. The only good thing that I have tried there are the chicken chimichangas, which are quite good. The customers there are usually loud and obnoxious. The staff are very nice and attentive, however.

Yum!
Best Mexican food I've ever eaten. Food is fresh and very nice portion size. Highly reccomend it if you're in the area.

Very nice place for a casual/fun time
Food is excellent - lots of STRONG frozen margaritas small place so parties bigger than 10 would be tough. great place for a casual date or for a group of friends to get together. very good vegetarian menu too
