I was a faithful customer to this place when I worked in the area. I sent loads of friends and co-workers there raving about the food - even when they often sent my order sloggy because they lump in the tacos with the rice and beans. I recently ordered today, and gave the lady specific direction not to place my tacos in the plate with the rice, and beans. Of course my order comes this way with the tacos on the same plate as rice and beans. I called the owner and he was absolutely rude, talked over me the entire call. I can't believe I was so faithful to the place. Have to admit I felt sorry for them - an authentic Mexican restaurant who competes with powerhouse Mexican chain right next door. Going forward, I'll be going to any other Mexican spot, but them.

Was not impressed. Went based on seeing an ad, but was disappointed. The food was overcooked and not flavorful, seems like they just have stock ingredients and douse them with spices and sauce two minutes before bringing to your table. The manager was also extremely difficult to deal with when communicating problems with. Genuine complaints should at least be listened to, even if you don't agree with them.

I don't know how some experiences were poor in other reviews. The staff were friendly, made great recommendations and had a really great vegetarian variety. Plus there is a lot of food with your entree and really don't need the appetizers. If you found the meat dishes unsatisfactory try the veg menu! Really delicious! Plus, the owner came around and had a conversation with every table. I'd recommend to friends.

The food was ok once they got the order right eventually (took 3 attempts). The frustrating thing was the arrogant tone and refusal to accept they had made a mistake. They market themselves as some kind of unique culinary experinece, which is a huge claim in New York; it's pretty generic stuff to be honest. Nothing wrong with the food but nothing outstanding. They need to work on customer service.

This is a small place but the food was fantastic. The waitstaff was very nice and helpful with explaining the different dishes and the margaritas are fantastic with fresh fruit. I will definitely go again.

PK goes to the market every day and only uses the freshest of ingredients. He does not use preservatives or MSG in his food preparation. The fajitas sizzle and smell so great when they reach your table. I love their margaritas and I think they make the best sangria in town!

This place is disappointing -- over-priced, poor service, weak drinks.... There are so many better options closeby.
