Best Authentic Mexican in the City!
I have been eating at this jewel for the past 7 years that I have lived in this city. Not only is the family who runs the restaurant amazing and warm, teh food and services are not to be believed. Start with the fandango -which is a sampling of best starters, and don't miss their garlic shrimp - to die for. Youa re treated like family here and it is an excellent spot for large parties (i ahve had several over the years and all have been a tremendous success). Here's to another 30 years in business!!!

AMAZING
I have been there sevaral times b/c I used to live in the neighbor but it is not just a neighborhood restaurant. I go back often and there food is the best Mexican in the city. I have gone to more expensive and this is authentic and family owned.

Great Neighborhood Mexican
I have been eating here for over 25 years and the restaurant seem to improve with the years. Best nachos in New York!

Great Neighborhood Mexican Food
This is a restaurant that's been on the corner for around 30 years, and you know in NYC if it's there for more than a month, it MUST be good. I live across the street, and frequent the place once in a while. GREAT frozen drinks, and when you sit anywhere they give you heaping amounts of fresh chips and salsa...totally yummy. Definitely go eat here, it's worth the buck (not that it's expensive), and you will need a wheel barrow for your stomach after consuming the large quantities of food!
