GREAT PLACE!
Best place to order from! They know you by name, AND your order! You don't even have to tell them what you want, if your a regular they know what you get and it's here in such a short amount of time! GReAT place, deff go there!!!!

Where everybody knows your name
Love the ambience and friendly athmosphere of staff Feels like they know you a long time. Food is hot and fresh made right before your eyes a great deal on the price too. More choices shold be more available on certain things like drinks though. Located right near Bryant Park on 41 street.

Unpleasant experience
Food for some reason doesn't look very fresh. But my main complaint is that they didn't tell me they ran out one of my ordered items and still charged me the same. I had to call them to ask what happened to my delivery. It was not a pleasant experience.

Great Service!
I had placed an order with them for a lunch meeting and when I arrived, everything was ready. The people there are so nice and everyone in my office raved about the food. So if you're looking for great food and wonderful service, this is definitely the place!

Some good, some bad...
Great for lunch, and there are tables if you want to stay. Though on a nice day, I'd recommend eating in Bryant Park. Hot foods are good/diverse, salad bar (made to order) and servings are plentiful. There are also sweets. Definitely one of the best deals for lunch in Midtown. Service could be nicer, but Sammy (an owner) is friendly. Do not go in the evening... Food is old, and service is not clean.
