My husband and I ate at the Mesa grill in Las Vegas a short while ago for the first time after I told my husband that I watch Bobby Flay on the cooking channel all the time and when we got to Las Vegas and I saw the signs for the Mesa Grill I insisted we try it. We were pleasurably satisfied! Everything was delicious!!! The staff was great and we immediately added this restaurant to our top five list without a doubt! Thanks Bobby!

I don't know what these other people on here are talking about. I took a date here and everything was amazing! The seared ancho-chile sea scallops appetizer was incredible. The rabbit was intense. The red snapper was cooked to perfection. The accompanying sauces dance in your mouth. The dulce de leche milk chocolate flan was just a perfect balance of flavors. I've been to some of the best French restaurants in NYC and Mesa Grill is amazing.

This restaurant is amazing. I went and had dinner there and mine and my boyfriend's food was absolutely unbelievable. We each got a diffferent appetizer, entree, and dessert. He got the bison special and it melted in your mouth. I was wary of the service after reading the reviews but we couldn't have asked for better. Our waiter was very nice, attentive but not overbearing, and very knowledgeable. It was a little pricey but completely worth it. I have already made my next reservations.

I had a very average meal at Mesa Grill. I started my meal with tuna and avacodo tartare which tasted like it had not been salted at all - it had no flavor. For my entree I had the salmon with the black bean sauce - the bean sauce was watery and did not have much flavor. Over all I could not understand why this restaurant gets favorable reviews.

While at the Mesa Grill with my family, we enjoyed the food however our waitress was annoying, rude, pushy, and downright mean...I'd say they should look into a new staff with less attitude!
Mesa Grill is so '90's. Throwing sweet, sour, salty, and hot into every dish is so over! Dine elsewhere!

My wife and I were excited to experience Bobby Flay's restaurant in the Village. The food was exactly what we expected, but the server could have cared less whether we stayed or got up and left. The service could have made the evening spectacular. Instead, it made it... okay! We will give it one more try.....
