I was really hoping this place would offer some good Jamaican/Caribbean food but I was really let down. I hope they read my review and do something to improve because they are going to turn people off this type of food. The Curry chicken and plantain was not too bad, but rest was a disaster. First thing, when your food sits all day and dries up, don't serve it. Throw out your microwave. I'm pretty sure you zapped my Roti which was hard and not edible and my coco bread had that microwave bread toughness. If you are Jamaican's and are going to just keep frozen Roti and microwave it for customers, just stop serving it, it's not really Jamaican anyways and you are not doing it justice. The beef patty was super dry and the meet inside was black, not brown. Take some care, I know most people are going to compare the beef patty to something they got frozen at the grocery store, but for those that have had and nice light, flaky and just so slightly greasy with a light crisp when you bite and a tasty seasoned medium spicy beef patty, this is just disappointing. The never bothered to address they did not have the Festival I ordered, just supplemented with some packaged cookies. This place could be much better if they focused on preparing the food properly. Please take you head out of where ever it is, and focus on creating some good Jamaican food. Reduce your menu in half if you need to. Just my tree cents.
