Takes forever to process orders, with errors very common
Delivery is extremely slow and often requires several rounds of calling
Wait staff is either incredibly overworked or very unnecessarily rude

Went to the Melt Shop yesterday. The 3 cheese melt was perfect for the new fall day, along with the tomato soup and shake and I was set. I can't wait to go back and take my boss - maybe for breakfast.

Went to Melt Shop thinking I would check out what the buzz was about and I loved it. Had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Tots, Coffee Shake and had a great and very "comfort food" meal. I thought it was well worth the price and loved sitting in the courtya

The goat cheese w mushrooms and the tots w sauce were really delicious. The coffee milkshake was great. Definitely going back.
