    Rough People

I just place an order of house special Fried Rice and Wings, and although I like the food reading this reviews makes me remember that the phone service is rough no hellos no bye no trank you not anything.... But, the food is good on Fridays... If you don't care about rough service then it is a good option.

    The Best Noodle shop/Asian food.

I just read some peoples reviews and I had to stop. Couldn't agree with the poor reviews I saw. I've been going here for well over 5 years. I'm a Longshoreman and I work on the piers on the West Side. A friend of mine brought me here a few years ago and I was definitely impressed. Everything I tried was great. Not only that, I brought friends from out of town and all over New York and they were more than satisfied. We eat all over the place and Mee Noodle shop is definitely the place when we're in the area.

    Poor Service

I ordered the curry noodle soup. The soup broth was very tasty, but they charged me (without notifying me) a dollar extra for vegetable dumplings. Also, the service was rude and curt, with no thank you (until the very end). It also took a while for me to get my dish. While the soup was good, I would probably not return.

one of the best chinese restauranti in NYC

I have been going to this restaurant for years now and in the beginning i had a bit difficulty with ordering food and the staff. But after a couple visit i started feeling more and more comfortable with this restaurant, because if had questions, i asked it slowly so they can understand what i needed.Since then its always a joy going to this restaurant. food is so good esp sesame chicken or shrimp . noodle soup is excellent.

    Amazing

I'm not sure why some people are complaining about service or quality of food but my family's experience at this restaurant was great! Although my food took longer to be brought out, it still was really good. Our food was hot, welcomed quickly and very friendly and the place didn't seem too too busy in the dining area but take-out was. Staff was awesome specially since they made every effort to find us a place we could fit my 9 year old daughter with a broken leg in a wheel chair. In short, awesome experience with gooood food.

    really really poor

This is honestly the poorest Chinese food I've had in a very long time and I'm Chinese so I've had a lot of Chinese food.

    Poor service.

It was a cold evening, a bowel of hot soup and something savory sounded good. I popped into Mee Noodle Shop. In the past I've seen it quite busy, however, on this night only a few tables- perhaps 3- were occupied. I ordered roasted chicken soup with ramen noodles- a scallion cake- and a steamed pork roll from the apathetic waitress. The soup immediately landed on my table. As I tried to eat it, every bite was like making my way through a minefield of bones and cartilage. I had to use a plate to gather the grisly remnants of the soup. I am aware of the whole dark meat and bones thing with soup- however the bones continued to amass and not a stitch of meat appeared. Thinking that perhaps I received the bottom of the batch- I called the waitress over and gingerly informed her of the situation. Her reply was dismissive and harsh telling me it was dark meat. Demonstrating to her, I then pulled out another bone and some other questionable chunk of chicken. Her hostility emerged "You DON"T UNDERSTAND!" I then responded "No- it is you that doesn't understand that I do understand. This soup is inedible". She in return told me that "if you didn't like- order something else." She took the bowel and walked away. Meanwhile an average scallion cake emerged followed by a tepid sponge stuffed with some meager pork like gel. I took one lousy bite. A bill of $7.50 was placed on the table- I paid $8.00. I began to feel insulted as the waitress cackled loudly with a fellow waitress. I approached her at the front register where she stood with fellow co-workers. I informed her in a calm manner that the service was not only poor- it was rude. I fake smile tightened across her lips- to which I said- "Mam' I would not smile if I were you- Your restaurant is empty".
