I've tried almost every chinese restaurant in the kips bay area and this one is the most consistently good. Excellent value with big portions for cheap, especially when compared to some of the other places. Great soup noodles and amazing lunch special prices. I get take-out, delivery and have eaten in. I would recommend the latter two as the restaurant isn't much to look at. But, regardless, I love this place.

Like in all Chinese Restaurants we will be presented with a quite similar menu. In this restaurants menu, we will see the famous Generals Tso's Chicken (which I am it's number one customer) as well as the prized wonton soup. This place is one of the only restaurants my family comes too, perhaps one of the reasons it being the fact that it is located in the proximity of the movie theater and pet store, but also because the food really is not bad and we are given a pretty good service. The waiters or waitresses might seem rushed and sometimes stressed out but we are ensured that our check comes back and that our glasses of water are never empty. Not expensive, quite the contrary, this restaurant and its food is perfect for a casual lunch or dinner for its food and service is worth more than you pay for it. Confortable place, excluding the occasional wind gusts when the door opens, quiet and good.

All I can say about this restaurant is GOOD, everything exceeds my expectation from a chinese restaurant, GOD SPEED! Mee Noodle!

If you order Dan Dan noodles to go (request extra spicy), they will give you a container of delicious, filling bolognese-style noodles that will feed you for the better part of a week, I swear. Very poor fried chicken wings, though--soggy, almost stewed texture.

The regular menu is pretty standard issue and very serviceable. The noodle soups are sublime. My favorite is the roast pork mee fun with the wontons and shrimp. A good sized portion for about $6. Ask for a dish of the fiery chili sauce and add it. It is fresh, sweet, spicy, and loaded with flavor (which builds as you continue eating). One of the best cheap eats in a city full of them. Avoid the sushi.

Such a surprise. Much better than you would expect from this type of restaurant. Large portions, very very tasty food. We have been ordering from here frequently for some time now and like it much better than other Chinese restaurants in the area.

Ordered from here a few times. Food is decent, but not great.
