    I went back!

Well, I made it back and as I predicted...excellent!! All recommendations made by our waiter, Claudio were the perfect choice, as was the last time by our waiter, Marco. Everything my table of 4 had (from appetizers to dessert) could not have been better. Everybody was extremely pleased!! The food is high quality, nicely prepared & (most of all) delicious! We were not disappointed with anything. This is a pleasant spot with enjoyable music to dine by. Looking forward to going there again!

I will go back to Mediterraneo

I was pleasantly surprised (once again) with my evening out at Mediterraneo. Our waiter was particularly nice to us and the recommended dishes were "excellent"! I have been to this restaurant a few times (as has my husband who occassionally goes for lunch) and have yet to be disappointed. The portions are not large but they are DELICIOUS! I plan to go back soon, and am already looking forward to it!

    Rudest Staff Ever!

I simply have no idea how Mediterraneo is still in business. Asked for some lemon for the water about 6 times-after our waiter completely ignored us, the bus boy finally brought some lemon to the table. Waiter was totally full of himself and arrogant. When the bill came, I was overly generous to give this waiter a $20 tip, which he obviously complained about because in a matter of 2 minutes, the manager approached us and asked if we were happy with our service and why we only tipped about 15%?! After asking if we were tourists, the manager had the nerve to say how "it's customary in America to tip 18%" I was mortified. I have never been so humiliated. Never again will I dine here. Beware!

    Hard to Believe

After reading several of the other reviews here, I have to say that I agree that service here is extremely poor. I live in the neighborhood and have had a few meals here, and each time was made to feel unwelcome. The wait staff ignores you and are very arrogant. It's just so hard to believe that after reading how poor the service is in his restaurant (while other establishments are closing by the dozens) the owner still does nothing to improve this. I'll be dining elsewhere.

    Big Disappointment

Moved into neighborhood and thought we would try this restaurant at lunch. The wait staff was inattentive. Salad was small and tasteless and after waiting 30 minutes for pizza which we were repeatedly assured was coming soon, we decided to get the check and leave. The manager and wait staff interacted with each other but ignored the customers.

    Neighbor Review!!

The last time I went to this restaurant approx: 1 year ago, I said it was my last. Being a somewhat frequent customer I was insulted when this place decided to cut there portions in half and increase pricing at the same time. Oh, and what a great thought to open a wine bar with your other location three doors down. Well, this would have been nice for all until you opened your doors and decided to charge prices of a five star restaurant. Wi-fi was also comfortable at both locations until you decided to eliminate this also!! Some things can be overlooked, yet the worst is that one owner is soo unfriendly and rude. Anyone with any intelligence knows that people only do business with people that they like! I've cut back on dining out, as many have, but if I'm going to spend these prices I'll go to the Four Seasons and will not leave hungry. The owners have three locations, which I'm aware of and cannot understand how they have done soo much hard work and planing and can be soo foolish as to...blow it on a miserable owner and ridiculous portions.

    Bland Food Poor Service

I live right next to the restaurant and had been there once and had a decent meal with friends. I went back last night with my sister and was sorely dissappointed. We had an arrogant, innattentive waiter. No bread plates were offered. Our food came too fast and we felt rushed. My sister's Gnocchi was cold and bland. My Margherrita Pizza was also cold and had no taste. Just several globs of barely melted Mozerella and one leaf of basil. Our waiter also never came to check on us and never got my sister her water. Finally I guess his shift ended and we got a new waiter. When we asked him what happened to our first one he told us he would be taking over and he is much better than the other guy.
