Lacking
Got to Maxie's ready for a great atmosphere and a good burger and a beer. The bar atmosphere was really great and we decided to stay there for an appetizer as well. The beer selection was a little lacking for a Bar & Grill, but the apps were pretty good. Once we sat in the dining room, things went down hill from here. Our server didn't greet us for over 25 minutes as we sat w/ empty app. plates and empty drink glasses. Then once the food had arrived, it was nice and hot, but the flavor was not on the usual Angelo & Maxie level. The burger was bland and chef's salad lack something. I really felt like I was just eating at an Applebee's.

Tasty Burgers & Cool Atmosphere
Right behind one of my favorite steak joints in the city (Angelo & Maxies) I discovered this new fun and tasty burger restaurant. Slightly hidden off the avenue but a cool place to watch the game with crazy fun food- tower of sliders- tasty apps- large bar with lots of cocktails (pink lemonade martini was my favorite). It's the angelo-maxies quality in a scaled down version (not too pricey) for fun eats with tons of tvs, music and atmosphere. Definitely a nice new entry to the area.
