Consistently delicious and speedy
I've eaten at the restaurant and ordered from Matsu numerous times and each time the food is amazing freshly and tasty. Even late at night, the sushi still tastes amazing, the soup arrives hot, and the edamame are still warm. Delivery usually takes under 30 minutes and they are very accommodating to special requests. Wouldn't order sushi from anywhere else!

If you don't order fake crab sticks, you can't go wrong. Godzilla Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll are my favs. I also love the miso soup and avocado salad. Delivery is always super-fast. Sometimes I even go in and have dinner with Saki. Most consistent place for fresh food in this mall... I mean neighborhood.

Consitently the best in the area
I've tried them all in the area around the W70-80s and this place really has the best value for the freshest fish. Menu could be a bit more varied, but all in all definitely worth it as it isn't as expensive as other area sushi places, and much better quality. Staff is very friendly, and fish is really fresh (did I say that already?).

Yum!!
Ordered for the first time and it was delicious!! I've ordered from a few different places in the UWS since I moved to this area, and this place kicks the pants off of them! Definitely recommend.

Very tasty sushi
I got the sushi deluxe for dinner last night, and was very happy. They were fairly good about making accomodations (I didn't want the roe sushi, so they let me substitute - I just couldn't choose which one, but on the roll that came with, I was allowed to choose one of equal price). The sushi overall was very fresh, well-balanced vinegared rice, and large pieces of sushi. Also, a nice bonus - the inexpensive hot sake was actually very good.
