Not very good
None of the staff are from japan. The prices are insane.

Great value
Excellent food and service. Looks quiet but actually has quite a few people order and take away.

The food is great but the service is slow
I have only been to Matsu once but I already know that the food is good and fresh but the service could be faster. I ordered tea and Chicken Katsu almost right when I got there. It took around 10 minutes or more for the food to get to me. What bothered me was that I was the only person in the restaurant and it still took more than 10 minutes. Although, the food was with the wait.

Couldn't Disagree More
Based on previous positive reviews I gave this place a shot. I wish I didn't. The rolls were soggy and covered in Tempura flakes (also soggy), the edamame was overcooked and, surprise, soggy, and the pieces were small and not super fresh. Won't order from here again.

Always delicious & fresh
I love this place the sushi is always yummy and fresh .. right down to the crisp salads : ) FYI: From all the stories above about the delivery guy, they must have changed him .. cause my delivery guy is always friendly

Their rolls are the best!
Matsu's rolls are the best that I've ever gotten anywhere. They are consistently fresh and yummy. I'm not sure if that's because of the rice, or the fresh fish, or the fact that their avocados are always ripe to perfection, but I've never been disappointed once. Highly recommended!

i take it for granted
i seem to only realize how good matsu is when i stray and order from somewhere else in the neighborhood...it's never nearly as good and i'm angry at myself...the fish is never as fresh, the rice never as perfect...stick with matsu, you won't be sorry...
