Tasteless Fish
This is my first and last time I will order anything from this place. The fish was tastless, they give you a imitation crab roll at premium prices. Only good thing was fast delivery - would not surprise me if food is prepped a head of time!

so disappointed
I just ordered take out and it was gross. I ordered an avocado roll and an asparagus roll. They had just steamed the asparagus so it was hot, and it was not a pretty green colour. it was oversteamed and had a weird taste, plus it was strange eating a hot roll! The avocado roll was just so-so. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, I just did not like the food. would not go there again

good cheap sushi
just ordered takeout from them and everything was great. 2 people with a lot of sushi and shumai for $32. good value. definitely tasted fresh compared to many comparable cheap sushi places. not the most innovative rolls but all the basics.

amazing for delivery!!
Though I have never eaten in the restaurant, I get delivery from here at least once a week and the sushi is extremely good and fresh! They have an enormous menu with both typical and creative rolls, and will accommodate your needs (for example, brown rice is available). Additionally, the prices are amazingly reasonable for sushi in New York City. I highly recommend the sushi and will continue to be a loyal customer!

Quick, easy, pretty delicious
It's your standard cheap sushi place with (in my opinion) some of the best salmon in the city. The staff is always friendly and attentive. No real complaints! Also feature a nice lunch special with great rolls but sub-par salad and miso soup.

Great Value!
Just ordered from Masamoto for the first time. Was a little nervous experimenting (esp since I was ordering for 5 ppl) but we were all pleasantly surprised...Very fresh! Lunch menu is a great value and the delivery was fast. The most impressive part was that our large order arrived without a single mistake. Will definitely order again.

Small but service and sushi are worth it
This place is worth trying, the sushi and sake here are also pretty good. I suggest trying the dragon roll or salmon donburi. The service here is good and very personal, but the wait for a table can be quite lengthy. Overall a good place.
