We came in to place a pick up order for sushi rolls. I had my 2 small kids with me and was told the order will take 15 min. After 20 min, I inquired and was told it was almost ready. We ended up waiting 1hr and 5 min for the order and during this time neither me or the kids were offered a cup of tea or were updated or apologized about the delay in the order. Every person who walked through the door to eat in or take out was served before we had our order ready. I wish I left but I truly thought that the food will be ready. I could not have imagined a sushi order to take over an hour! Some of the waiters appologized but the waitress "acting as manager" was very apathetic although an "I am sorry" was mentioned. I was very angry and upset. This area has about 10 sushi places with comparable pricing and Masakari was one of the restaurants I haven't explored. I am NEVER going back there.

Even though sometimed they can bring your food a little late its because they have other people to serve not only us. Other than tht their food is amazing and worth all the time. Its a great amount snd variet. They deserve all the customers!

I ordered the lunch special at my job over the phone. The delivery guy came by yelling in an asian language and was upset that he waited 2 minutes, until I was done with a customer. He came straight to my desk and tossed the bag of food over my paperwork. He kept questioning me why I wasn't ready when he came by. I could not believe what was happening before my eyes. He intimidated me, while i was working at my desk and my co-workers had to settle him down. I called them at 12:57pm and received my delivery at 1:24pm (about.) There was no reason for him to be so upset when he arrived on-time and only waited 2-3 minutes for me to sign the food and give my tip to him.

The food is pretty decent, not amazing but definitely not bad. The place is great for dining in, service is very fast, it's overall a great local place especially if you like Japanese fusion. They have sushi and different entrees and a lot of different appetizers to choose from.

Fantastic Japanese food, high quality and fresh. Worth your money!

I love this restaurant. Ever since it opened I went to Masakari. The food is delicious and affordable, and I'm a very picky person so I know when I say that Masakari is one of the most amazing Japanese restaurants I have ever been to.

Love this restaurant. Its so clean and hospitaby. The food is delicious and very inexpensive. The fries cheesecake is my favorite. The presentation is delightful. The mango salad is so good
