Bravo
If you're looking for excellent Italian try Maria Pia. A charming trattoria with incredibly delicious food and more than reasonable prices. A well-balanced wine list and very attentve service. I give it a TEN.

Wonderful Find!
Taking my mom, mother in law and sister in law in to NYC for our annual Broadway Christmas trip, I searched some restaurant pages to find a "new" good place - we always go to the same restaurant and we wanted something close to the Gershwin. Based on the reviews I read on Menupages.com, I decided to give Maria Pia a try. What a pleasant surprise! The food, decor, service - everything was wonderful. We all enjoyed our meals immensely - everything was cooked to perfection, and the chocolate tort dessert was amazing. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially if you're looking for something good AND reasonable in the theatre district. And for any shows in the 50's, it's so convenient. I will go back again!

Warm and Welcoming
Excellent service and the food was delicious. A great value for the price. We had lunch on Sunday before seeing Wicked. It was perfect. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would definately return and recommend it highly.

Fabulous
The bread basket is absolutely amazing! The fish I ordered, monkfish, was total perfection...maybe the best fish entree I have ever had. What a find!

A Hidden Surprise!
My fiance and I stumbled upon this gem by accident. Our meal was delicious, the atmosphere was very quaint and romantic and we have since been there several times. Delicious!!

Comforting Italian Cuisine
This place is great. Brick walls ,candelit tables, the food is excellent. Cute waiters, even got a complementary glass of wine. Highly recommended.
