It's too bad about the staff.. I agree, they do not know the meaning of please and thank you. Other thing is, they make these nice paninis but their panini-heating machine was working very poorly for about a year and they never bothered to fix it. They would always give me these lukewarm paninis and when I insisted that they should be HOT ('cause that's the idea), it took about 12 minutes for them to heat it enough. I have pretty much stopped going there even though I work across the street. It's too bad. They do a decent job on the food itself.

The food in Marche Madison is very delicious...the staff is just ridiculously rude! Like seriously? I love the food...but because of the service I will NOT be returning. For all that money the least I would expect would be a thank you or a smile.

Although the food is relatively good...it is over-priced even for this area. I grew up in the hood. Now, I live in the same building as Marche. I just don't understand how I can spend so much money on a daily business and not ever recieve a "thank you" or a smile once in a while....or for that matter even an acnowledgement from the staff. Why so rude?

A delightfully deli like atmosphere with a variety of fresh salads, pastries, and sandwiches. I highly recommend their orange and ginger half chicken. Both the tuna and avocado salads are to die for.
