We ordered delivery on the web - When it arrived, they had completely confused the 2 orders and had forgotten to include the main ingredient - falafel! BUT...when I called to complain the woman who answered the phone was not only courteous and apologetic, she also refunded the entire cost of the whole order (without me asking) AND delivered a HUGE bag filled with more falafel then we could ever eat. PLUS...they sent along a big tub of hummus. Even the delivery person was nice! This is all unheard of in NYC...and we were highly impressed. Not to mention - THE FOOD IS AWESOME...AND HEALTHY!

The sauces/toppings made the BEST falafel sandwich, or perhaps BEST sandwich I have had in a long time! I am a picky pescatarian and have high standards... The food was fresh. And now I am bummed that I didn't try this place a LONG time ago... I will be back often! Recommendation: Try a good mix of toppings on falafel,with a mix of the garlic sauce and the loose non-spicy green sauce!

Food is delicious and counterpersons are helpful/friendly. If you buy a salad you get a choice of 2 extras, 5 falafel balls (great) and your fill of the salad bar into your nicely-sized container-but it is 1 trip only. If you do the sandwich deal, you may go up to the salad bar for refill toppings as long as there is still sandwich left on your plate. They are understaffed and the countertops at which one eats were sticky and needed a good wipe-down. The backless benches were great-when I was in high school. The cold drink area does not have a door and as a result the sodas weren't chilled properly. Think we'll do a takeout next time-salads-and sit by Lincoln Center.

Everything is delicious, but the salad is the best deal in the house b/c it's huge & you can try everything (cole slaw is not vegan). Space is cramped, seating is communal & not very comfortable: take it outside to enjoy. Pro: made to order by friendly staff who know what's what. Con: a little slow (considering) & no restroom.

This place is great. The food is healthy and yummy and cheap and the toppings bar is unlimited! Just fill, eat, repeat! The veggies and pickles are the best! This is a great place for healthy, delicious food!
