Best falafel
I go to this maoz all the time and I love it! Falafel is the best in NYC. salad bar is always fresh clean and fully stocked. They also have really good fresh squeezed juice & lemonade. Service is friendly & fast. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great food, unfortunately going downhill
So they could have just been having an off day, but having been to Maoz quite often, I was a little dissappointed to find a several empty items in the salad buffet and empty sauces which the grumpy server refused to top up. There are falafel places opening up all over the city, so if Maoz wants to stay on top, they'll need to stay sharp.

Best vegetarian falafel in NYC
This place is so efficient! Food's great, and there's hardly ever a line in the evening, its like I have the whole place to my self... I love it!

Great Quick and Healthy Meal
My favorite thing about Maoz is the delicious, overflowing salad bar of fresh vegetables and a variety of sauces to add to your meal. The falafel is SO good and whether you order a pita or a salad, be sure to pile on the fresh veggies - so delicious! I always leave feeling very satisfied and never guilty because all the food is healthy and good for you.

Great little place
Not a huge fan of falafel but this place does a nice job. All you can eat salad bar is great also.

Fresh & Delicious
Pro's: Fresh ingredients, delicious salad/toppings bar that is included in whatever you order (truly fresh and immaculately clean - not like other "salad bars" in the city), and seating space is available. The falafel is AMAZING and the sandwiches are filling and hearty. The only Con's are that it's very tiny (more of a quick bite-to-eat place) and there doesn't appear to be any restrooms for customers.
