Don't bother with delivery
The food is just okay at this place and the fact that they deliver late at night is very convenient but they never ever get the order right. I just received my order messed up once again, and decided not to order from them anymore. What good is convenience and okay food if you never get what you actually want? Don't bother with delivery unless you have the time and energy to call back once you order has arrived and ask them to please fix it because they sent it wrong.

Manhattan Diner is fabulous! I love everything about this place; the food, the people, the location, etc. I discovered Manhattan Diner in 2008 when I first moved to the city and ever since then, I was obsessed. When I have friends come visit from outside the city, I will always take them to Manhattan Diner for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, anything. I order from Manhattan Diner all the time and the food never fails to be less than amazing. I always know what to expect and I have yet to be let down. I love Manhattan Diner!

three strikes--you're out
After reading raves about this place, I figured I'd try ordering in. I've ordered twice, and they've gotten the order wrong both times. On top of getting it wrong this time, the guy was rude on the phone when I called up afterwards to complain. Finally, I said, "Listen for a minute. The reason you guys get orders wrong is because you don't listen". He finally did seem to listen. The food is very okay. I don't think it 's great. It's okay. With rude guys on the phone who can't get the order right, I'm thinking one more try in a few weeks. If they mess it up again. Hey...three strikes and you're out. Get it together guys.

A great place to eat!
My wife and I stayed at OTA hotel across the street and we loved everything about the diner cant believe its open 24/7. I own a restaurant in MA and know how hard the restaurant business can be so hats off to the Manhattan Diner for doing an excellent job!

I've been eating from here for years. Their food, service, and convenience of 24 hour delivery is unrivaled on the UWS.

Love This Place
Guys are nice, reasonable and my delivery shows up in a flash and fresh. I work nights so I'm always calling at weird times of the day and everything is always the same. They've never messed up an order in the tons of times I've called and always get lots of extras on the side. Great place.
