This was my first time ordering I had chicken strips and pancakes. These are the best pancakes I've ever had the chicken strips were delicious also. This diner has a new loyal customer.

Manhattan Diner was never a great restaurant, but now it's even worse than before. I frequently buy their desserts, particularly the strawberry shortcake or chocolate mousse cake. $7 for one slice of tiny cake? No thank you. It's a diner, not Le Cirque. From what I remember their main entrees are far from impressive as well. Go somewhere else where cake isn't overpriced and fried chicken isn't $18. They definitely lost a customer.

Just had brunch this morning. Great food, good value. Nice and clean. Really friendly with the kids.

Generally blah phone and waiter service. Always screw up orders. Never add proper sauces or condiments when they come as part of the meal. Usually frustrating and overpriced.

By far this isy favorite us diner and possibly even the city! They got a great cook here...for instance: Order eggs in most diners and they are bland and dry... Here they are fluffy and tasty! Everything is great and fresh! They redecorated and its so much warmer and this is my go to diner even though two other diners are closer.... Its that good!

I'd been here several times and it was always decent--nothing spectacular, but perfectly acceptable. I liked their cole slaw. However, the last time I went, I ordered a turkey sandwich and it was terrible! I was a little annoyed that it had lettuce on it, but that's easy enough to fix. What could not be fixed was the fact that the turkey had veins of plastic-like, fatty looking stuff all through it. Most of the meat turned out to be inedible because of that! I didn't think it was possible to mess up something so simple, but Manhattan Diner managed to do it. I will not be going here again.

I shouldve listened before ordering. Its going on an hr and 5 min .. I live 2 avenues away and simply ordered pancakes and a shake. I've called twice and I've been hung up on once. I feel bad for this delivery man when he arrives.
