We never thought we would fall in love with an eatery as we have with Mangez. We have explored almost everything on the menu and have not been disappointed once. Along with the great food, there is also a great level of service and personal attention. "Our" waiter, Roy, greets us by name and knows all our likes and dislikes. It gives the dining out experience,a taste of comfort. I recommend it to everyone I speak to you. Go..you will certainly be back many a times. To great eating ....!

Definitely one of the best values in the neighborhood. The food is always fresh, the service friendly and knowledgeable. It's so nice to go to a quaint, authentic place for Thai!

This is a French/Vietnamese joint that delivers quality and consistent home cooking. There Laotian sticky rice is godly, as someone else has mentioned in a more toned down appraisal. The shrimp chips are simple, but rock. The coconut shrimp are covered with fried coconut shavings to such an extent you almost don't realize the shrimp is there--but rest assured, it is great! I like the massaman stew more than the massaman curry as they real freshly dice chicken sections instead of the standard chicken slices that come with the normal massaman curry. Just mix the massaman stew with some of their rice--heaven. The lemongrass lamp chops almost always deliver. I like how they chop all their veggies and throw them along side with many dishes as a bed for the main event serving as meat, seafood or tofu. Everything here is good in my experience, unless one runs into a random bad spell, but that's never happened to me and I must have order from the place over the last two years on a fairly consistent basis, for dinner and lunch.

The place is adorable, the food delicious, the service very friendly and attentive, and the value for tribeca is amazing! i never thought i would spend $18 in the area for appetizer entree and thai iced coffee. definitely worth a visit if you enjoy pan asian/indonesian food. and have some thai ice coffee.

This place is around the corner from where i work, and i know that when i'm completely sick of every single possible lunch option, i can count on mangez avec moi. everything i've had there from the lunch specials to the pad see ew to the red curry is totally delightful, spicy but not too spicy, and served promptly. mostly i take out since i'm a desk jockey, but it's a very pleasant place for a late friday lunch as well.

I'm obsessed with this place! whether it's delivery or eating in, i can honestly say i eat mangez at least twice a month, if not more. the thai red curry tofu, massaman curry chicken, and the sauteed eggplant with thai basil are the best selections - any and all with sticky rice. considering the other restaurants in the area, the prices and mangez are extremely reasonable.

I ate lunch here today after having a miserable Thai experience in midtown last night. I still had the curry craving, and boy did Mangez Avec Moi deliver what I craved! Delicious red curry with fresh boutniful chicken. At my request they added string beans and carrots to the dish - no extra charge. The curry was wonderful - just the right amount of spice and kick, but not overly salted or too much chile. Good food, good value.
